Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Depending on where you are located, usually between 4-8 days within EU & USA. And 7-14 days to the rest of the world. In this way, we can reduce the climate impact and overproduction and result in almost zero material waste.

Please note: For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers outside the EU:

Please note that we currently accept returns only from customers within the EU. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns from other regions at this time. So we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before ordering.

However, if your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers within the EU:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer pays for the return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This is where our unique business model comes in handy, we create products especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and results in almost zero material waste. Simple, we don't produce more than what people buy. And since we don't need a warehouse to store our products, your order is packed and shipped directly from our nearest production partner depending on your location. In this way, we can reduce CO₂ emissions while shipping your order, and keep a fast and low shipping cost at the same time.

We work with high standard factories based in EU and USA that follow the EU standards and all our paper is responsibly sourced from Japan and USA. The ink we use is GREENGUARD Gold certified.
